黄光文,男,198912月出生,硕士研究生导师。

 

学习经历:

2021年毕业于华南理工大学,机械工程专业,工学博士;

2015年毕业于华南理工大学,机械工程专业,工学硕士;

曾获奖励:国家奖学金、校优秀研究生、校长奖学金等。

 

主要工作经历:

20224月至今,华南农业大学工程学院机械工程系,讲师。

 

主要研究领域:

面向5G高性能电子设备散热用超薄均热板的设计制造等,智能化/自动化装备研发。

主持广东省自然科学基金1项,发表SCI论文十余篇,授权发明/实用新型专利二十余项。
